While Scissordude makes a concerted effort to satisfy its customers It is also important to notify us right away about any concerns or disappointment with a purchased product.
Please read our policies carefully so you understand your responsibility as a consumer.
- All shears and salon products are warranted (by the manufacturer) against defects.
- Hair shears carry a lifetime warranty against structural defects. This warranty does not include damage incurred in usuage. A dropped shear would be one example
- Shears that have been dropped or damaged are non-refundable. But, are repairable.
- Scissordude offers a 100% moneybacked satisfaction guarantee on all products for a period of one week*. After this period we will assume you have decided to keep the product.
Failure to contact us in a timely manner will result in extra charges.
- All products, especially shears; kept for more than one week are considered non refundable unless we are contacted during the first week of usage. Product must be returned in mint condition and in a timely manner.
- Shears and other products returned after one week will carry a 15% restocking fee and customer will be responsible for all credit card and shipping charges Scissordude has incurred. PLEASE NOTE: These fees are waived should you choose to exchange your purchase for another product of equal value.
Foreign Sales include all sales made outside of the USA.
All sales are final with the exception of goods damaged in shipping or wrong product shipped in which case we will make an exchange. However, we must be notified within the first week of receiving order. After 1 week there are no returns..
- Shipping expenses incurred while receiving or returning a product are non refundable and non reclaimable under any circumstances.
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Scissordude Enterprises cannot be held responsible for misprints in pricing. Despite our best efforts on occasion, a product may have older pricing. Japanese hand made shears can fluctuate dramatically in a short period of time. If a product falls into that category we will (at our discretion) give the purchaser the current selling price.
Please note: at our discretion we will match the pricing or special sale of any legitimate vendor.Combs, brushes and personal items of this nature cannot be returned or refunded.
