This shear is similar to the Above reg. C15 shear which has wider blades for slicing. I have modified the shear with slightly thinner blades which allows the user to point cut more readily. A compact screw has replaced the dial.  I’ve also added an advanced ball bearing system. This shear comes with a beautiful 6 shear scissor holster as well. So there’s a lot of value built in.
